 What is an ORION?

The ORION Foundation is dedicated to the memory of our daughter, Oriona Sims. Oriona was named after her grandfather whose legal name was Orion.

​The name Orion comes from one of the most recognizable constellations visible throughout the world. This constellation was named after Orion, a hunter in Greek mythology. 

At The ORION Foundation, we are in the pursuit, on the hunt per se, to help others identify their star quality (the very thing that makes one unique). As ORIONs, we vow to support creative individuality while curtailing negative thoughts and incidences of suicide.
